1. Providers who deliver supports and services under the NDIS must operate and comply with relevant Australian laws, rules and regulations. Not following the NDIS rules and regulations is non-compliant.
2. Compliance Officers monitor, investigate and enforce action, responding to complaints and reportable incidents including abuse and neglect of a person with disability.
